Looking for Recipe Help

Hello ladies, I am feeling more energetic these days. I completed my first 4 weeks of strong circuit at the gym. Some days seem to be a little more challanging than others staying motivated, especially with my food choices (HELP). I am down 10lbs since our kickoff date but I feel with better nutrition control things would be better. Does anyone have any recipes to share?
