I haven't exercised at the gym in over a week, but 4 out of 7 days last week I walked over 2 miles. Since beginning the program I feel the need to exercise and it feels great. I had my yearly visit to my cardiologist recently. He was excited to see the results from only 6 weeks of dedication to the program. Thanks so much again for the motivation for a better me.
