Getting Started: Tecora Pertilla

Small goals can make a difference, from food choices to setting aside time for the gym. Meet Tecora Pertilla:

I woke up very excited to begin on my journey to a better me this morning. I am having a debate with my food choices this morning. So, what I have promised to myself is to prepare my healthy food choices for my morning breakfast at night. I am scheduled to be at the gym at 4:30 p.m today. My goal is to be there and working out no later than 3:30 p.m today. I am striving to exercise longer everyday.

4:15pm update:
On the treadmill warming up for the group exercise class. A fellow BetterU participant is also here to do the exercise class. Very excited and motivated
