I have not been able to exercise yesterday or today, due to increased focus on my mother who remains in the hospital and is having difficulties. I am doing great watching my food intake, and bring my food with me for lunch, so that I am not having to eat the hospital food except for dinner.
I will not be inputting much these next couple of days, so hope that everyone is busy living life, doing well watching their intake, and moving, moving, moving.
